Enjoyed the dinner cruise very much. The food was excellent and the live entertainment was very good. Our waiter, Sinan, was very personable and took very good care of us. We had the “premier” table at the very front of the boat and the views were outstanding.

Lovely mid-afternoon trip prior to climbing the Eiffel Tower (the boat is docked just behind). A very relaxing hour with little nuggets of knowledge and history throughout; well worth doing!

On arrival for an evening cruise the queue was extremely long and we joined expecting a long wait but we were surprised by how quickly it moved so don’t let the long queues put you off.
The cruise itself was excellent value for money at €17 each.
We wanted to do the evening cruise. When we got there the queue was extremely long, our hearts sank and we had the feeling we were going to be waiting hours, but honestly, it moved really quickly.
A little tip don't head for the top deck of the boat, go to the side next to the window as you can climb out and stand on the side or just swing your legs out and still sit in your seat. This is what we did as the top was absolutely rammed with people. We noticed that a lot of people came down from the top as they realised that the view from below was a lot better.
Go and experience it as the atmosphere of Paris in the late evening is magical, you can wave and interact with people just sitting on the side of the Sienne.
Please don't be put off with the lengths of the queues, you won't be there long
The Cruise was at the right timing especially with the Eiffle Tower lights and sparkling and seeing Notre Dame and other Architectural buildings definitely recommended.

Beautiful, chill, good vibes. We left pier just before 10pm. It wasn’t dark yet. We came back to a sparkly Eiffel. Top deck was super full- get there half an hour earlier if you’d like ti have a proper seat.
Interesting information about famous sites of Paris. Accommodated us without hesitation for my son who has a disability. Can get busy, arrive in advance of your desired departure time. Thanks again

It was just easy, showing the tickets on my phone. The boat has the option of guide in different languages by downloading an app and the instructions from a live agent are also at least in EN-FR-SP
Nice 1hr trip... the only request: we were so close to the statue of liberty but the boat turned back just before that... was disappointing
An excellent way of seeing important sites in Paris.
The cruise itself was good. The problem is that it doesn’t matter if you have the ticket. You still have to wait in the normal lane (which are long trust me). They should be more organised. So overall it was ok
Expensive for what it is. No air con, overpriced drinks once on-board and devices to listen to translated tour didn’t work across the boat. No staff walking around to support.
Due to recent heatwave early closures and cancelations happen. And service of getting your ticket refund was not helpful.
