Seine River: Cruise by BATEAUX-MOUCHES®

I was two hours late and the guide Jenny took care of us, called us, and made sure to let us in as soon as we arrived without any problems. Thank you very much.

We went at just the right time because it wasn’t too crowded, around 8pm, just before the Eiffel Tower’s big show, which made it pleasant to take a boat tour around Paris’s historic landmarks.

A wonderfully relaxing way to see the sites with great commentary in several languages

Loved the big open upper deck. Made it easy to see everything. There is commentary over a speaker in multiple languages.

We could easily get on the boat by simply scanning the QR code on our tickets. The ride was great along the Seine and the main sights, perfect for taking pictures.

Relaxing way to see the major buildings/historic sights. The many angles to view the Eiffel Tower is unmatched and amazing. We would do again.

A very interesting experience worth exploring. I am very happy every time I shout (although I don't know what everyone is shouting, but I am too happy) 🥳 I found my voice hoarse when I got off the ship 😝

Our guide was knowledgeable about Monet, his family, colleagues and business partners. She used every moment to educate us and bring the trip to his home alive.

Great experience, ticket buying process was simple and tickets worked just fine. The boat was quiet when we went which made it nicer. Great way to see some of Paris's highlights.

Great cruise along the Seine seeing lots of the interesting landmarks as you went. Lots of space to move about if you didn’t want to sit down. Only negative was the queues - they weren’t the best organised and people were pushing in all over the place.

The trip was fine and the information given interesting. I did note,however, as I understand some French and Italian, that sometimes the English version did not contain all the information in other languages.

This cruise is a must but the queue was very long we waited for like one hour in the queue night time the crowd is too much,but we really loved it.Thank you

This was just average. Not bad, but not good either. I wouldn’t do it again…would find a smaller boat with more personalized guide experience. Easy to get tickets and to board.

The boats might leave every 30 mins but if you pick a popular time to take the boats expect to wait at least an hour. The system of tickets being valid for the whole day means that capacity on the boats becomes a problem.

Poorly managed. The queue was hapazard, people getting thro between the lines. Ots so difficult to stand with children for such long hours. Finally after standing for more than 1 and hour hour decided not to take the cruise. Just terrible.
