Eiffel Tower: Reserved Access to the Summit + Audio Guide

On time, step by step instructions. Took us through security and up to lift on second floor. Very helpful tour guide who also gave us history before entering. Thank you for making this experience easy!

Everything was super quick and easy, starting with the tickets reservation and purchase. The guide that took us to the Tour Eiffel explained in detail the process, was open to questions in English and Spanish and he was really friendly and respectful.

Once of a life time! Don't pass on the opportunity to go to the eiffel tower's top, and see Paris from the bird's-eye in 360° p.o.v. if you go up by nighttime dress warm.

There was no problem to find the place of meeting point and the host man was kind and took us directly to the enterence so we didn't need to wait for the regular line Just as promissed Thank you :-)

Wonderful experience! No waiting in line except behind our own group members going through security. So glad we booked it first thing in the morning and were able to be the first and only group at the summit (for about 15 minutes at least). The summit was crowded after that. Great company and very exact with communication.

Meeting point was easy to fine, guide was lovely and very knowledgeable. No queuing for entry which was perfect.

Unfortunately we did not find our group because we lost our way and arrived late. However after we found an agent of the company she accompanied us and made sure we got in to the site She was so polite and helfull that we were very satisfied I must recomend youe high level service!

we were a little late, didn't notice that we had a meeting point. They were great, waited for us, so we won't miss the tour!!

It was more expensive than if you buy them in the official site, but convenient since in the official site there were no more entrances available.

Friendly guide who spoke good English. We managed to get tickets to the top of the tower.

Our guide was friendly and punctual. There were some issues but they were beyond anyone’s control (icy weather closing the summit and a faulty elevator). Nonetheless, we had a good visit and saw some stunning views of Paris by night.

Would recommend, but you don’t need these tickets if you’re planning on going to the tower early. All in all a good experience with a nice guide.

We got there 20mins early and had to wait standing(this was worse part) however the did leave on time so if you are late you will be left. Our guide was Louise, very friendly, informative and attentive. Showed our where to go and led us through security to the 2nd floor

Met our guide at designated area , brought to tower and brought to 2nd floor . Our guide Rosa was great , very knowledgeable and good fun . We paid €100 pp of which the ticket was €36 ....... not sure what the extra €64 was for even though the guide was great .

Eiffel is amazing! Pay 3 times more for skip the line as advertised is not true. You can do exactly the same with buying the tickets online through official site.

The real price on ticket was 37€/ticket !!! But I was charged 362€ !!!! Okay that was a guided tour but first of all the guide come late when that was raining and also at least I couldn’t find her during the visit time !
