Clear about instructions, knowledgeable, and good at keeping the group together.
Fantastic tour very nice and helpful guide
Outstanding guide. He was very informative and was able to effectively communicate in English. Knowledgeable not just about the tower but also the experiences of being in the tower. Would highly, highly recommend this experience.
We were upgraded to go to the summit instead of just the second level and what a treat that was! Our guide was fabulous and she gave a great history of the Eiffel Tower and was so kind and friendly! I would definitely recommend it!
A very nice experience. Everything worked out perfectly fine and was well organised. Our guide Marie was really helpful and gave us a lot of interesting information. I can recommend this tour.
Our tour guide, Maud was very knowledgeable and helpful.
Great views of Paris
Marcela was a great guide. She helped us get up the Eiffel Tower very efficiently and had some great information along the way
Very nice tour guide with easy access to the tower.
Emma was the best, knowledgeable guide of our tour! Excellent explaining and answering questions in perfect English. She guided through an entire maze of security, ticket collection, elevators and pointing out landmarks of Paris from the 1st stop. We saw no need to pay extra $160 for going all the way to the top
The team was very friendly and organized. Our guide took very good care of us when we went up into the Eiffel Tower to watch the beach volleyball Olympics below. Thank you.

I had a really great experience touring the Eiffel Tower. Tour guide Chloe was very helpful and very patient in explaining everything about the tour. I would recommend Chloe to be your tour guide if you are visiting Eiffel Tower for the first time.
Top organisation for skipping the queue, and information from the guide that was fascinating without being overwhelming. Recommended!
The tour guide was the best. She provided us with good background history re the Eiffel Tower, and information re our views of landmarks during the tour. Extremely thorough, warm, kind and professional.
Outstanding! Our guide was Catalina. She was so full of knowledge and made the Eiffel trip so much more fun and interesting. Very pleasant, warm, and friendly. You must request Catalina!!!
Excellent experience! Our guide was friendly and kind we were very lucky that he accepted us onto the tour after arriving late. We are very grateful. It was very enjoyable and I would recommend to anyone.
The agency were very well organized and kept in contact with us before the meeting. The tour guide was very detailed in her description, very polite and humorous! Excellent experience!
Our guide Billy was amazing, vibrant and fully noted about history of the place.
He also has a great sense of humor, great personality and very professional.
Enjoyed every minute of the tour💜❤️
Catalina was an excellent tour guide. We had an amazing experience and she was very friendly and informative and funny! We really enjoyed our Eiffel Tower tour with Catalina.
Fantastic experience with an amazing guide! Meeting at the ticket office was convenient and a short walk to the park. Our guide was tres knowledgeable of Paris and the tower and provided an excellent interactive tour.
This was one of the best tours we have had in Paris. Yazid, from Paris Trip was amazing, so much history and for a cold and wet summer night he’s engagement made a big difference.
Marie was great. My son and I thoroughly enjoyed plying her with questions during the tour. She was receptive to our queries, friendly and informed.
Bit of a queue to get in through security, but worth the wait. Our guide Arnaud was very informative and clearly passionate about Paris. Definitely worth having a guided tour.
We pre-booked our tickets with Tiquet which was a timed entrance and cost $320.00 cad for 2 people. It was very clear where to meet so we could walk over to the Eiffel Tower 5 minutes away for our time. We went through two lots of security, one to enter the gardens and the second to enter the lift area.
We had a 10 minute wait for the lift up. The view from the second floor was beautiful even if a bit crowded. Our only disappointment was the long queues to get into the stores and Restaurants.
The queue for the lifts down again was about 15 minute wait.
Arrived late by 15 minutes due to a metro breakdown and pick pocket experience and could not get in for my entry or get a refund. Stay away from Paris. Trashy place in so many ways.
