Mite was an excellent guide. He provided great historical context during the tour, which added to the visit. This tour requires going through the ticket/security line so it’s best if you don’t stack another timed activity after and the security wait can vary by day.

Our tour guide Melanie was very knowledgeable and helpful. She explained everything well and allowed time to explore the first and second floors. We met wonderful people in our group, a special shout out to George and Hayley the most wonderful Aussie’s who made our experience even more special!

The Eiffel Tower tour was the highlight of my and my 8 year old daughter’s trip to Paris. Our tour guide Deepal was friendly and helpful, expediting us through the queue at security, and full of interesting facts and tips so that we got the most out of our experience. She even kindly gave my daughter a Euro for the telescope when I didn’t have any coins. Highly recommend.
I participated this tour on December 31st, and it was so satisfying. The guide Ana B. was really good person because she was really kind and open for my question. It was so freezing day, but I had a great time with other participants and her. Thank you!

Easy to find, smart guide took us to the 2nd entrance, queue was long but it was not boring as we were listening to (fun) facts about the Eiffel Tower.
As the tourist first time in Paris, Eiffel Tower: Climbing Experience was the first attraction which I had.
Everything was amazing of course because of our guide Andreea who had good communications skills and she proved her knowledges about Paris's history.

The tour was very good. Our guide was Ana. She explained the history of the Effeil Tower very well and with illustrations of what the structure was like in the beginning. She gave us many recommendations of everything we could visit.

The guide Ana was fantastic, telling not only about the tower but also interesting facts about Paris, its history and its people. A tour definitely worth the price, the tickets alone are not enough. We spent a lot of time on the tower, with a rest in the restaurant over 4 hours but you could be shorter.
We had a really great guide. She prepared us perfectly to go fast through the security gates, so that we had enough time to look around at level 1 and 2. The stories about the Eiffel Tower were really interesting and her English was easy to understand. We had a great time and really recommend the tour!

Poor, we had to wait in line along all the other people who did not purchased a tour. We quit waiting, the wait was longer than an hour, which is unacceptable
When needed to contact somebody from Your company in regards to our Eiffel Tower tour and we’re unable to reach anybody there was no assistance in no help. We had a medical emergency and there was no one to talk to. Very disappointed.
Due to delays on the metro we were not able to arrive on time at the
meeting point. We contacted the company in question by chat but they offered us no solution so we had to rebook through the official site.
Was 10 minutes late for meeting point, did not get to do the tour. Lesson learned next time I will just not bother pre booking will take my chance to buy tickets at venue
Bad experience. We were delayed because the Metro broke down. We tried to contact Tiqets by phone but contact is only possible by Chat. You then get a robot. So no help.
